The staff, especially Liliana, was incredibly helpful, friendly, and always willing to assist with anything we needed. The only issue we experienced was that the electricity went out every night, about 3 to 4 times. Each outage caused a lot of noise when the power came back on, which made it very difficult to sleep. "Upon arrival at 1:30pm, the pool had not been cleaned. The server/ wait staff took too long to acknowledge their guests. They all disappeared into the kitchen. The tv in the room did not work - problems with the internet. Only amenity in the bathroom was a trial size bar of soap. Definitely not staying there again. "
